This Orinda single-family home was already a strong property: a remodeled 4-bedroom, 2-bath home on more than half an acre, located on a quiet court near Del Rey Elementary, Orinda Intermediate, and Miramonte High.
Oakmore was brought in to help prepare the home for the luxury rental market. The interior remodel had already been completed by others, so our role was not to claim or redo that work. Our focus was on presentation, finish readiness, targeted repairs, exterior improvement, marketing strategy, and photography coordination so the property could be positioned clearly and professionally for high-quality tenants.
